For added convenience, there is a full sized laundry room down the main hallway as well. An additional multi-bunk suite is situated on the streetside and accommodates up to 4 guests. The two beachside suites on the top floor each have king beds, ensuites and sliding glass doors that open to a shared balcony overlooking the waves.There are two bedrooms located right off the kitchen, the bunk room has a multi bunk room (queen over queen and twin over twin set) with a shared bathroom while the king suite has its own en-suite. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware, and utensils to accommodate everyone for all meals and the dining tables seat up to 12 people with an additional 5 at the eat-in bar.
There is also a full open-air balcony just off this space. You can see the entire coastline from every window/glass door on this level with the open-concept Feng shui.

The sliding glass door opens to an 8x12 private pool and has surrounding lounge chairs, dining area, outdoor games plus an outdoor charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal). It's a perfect little place for hanging out inside while still having an open view of the pool and grilling area.
